### **Care Assistant – Burnham Lodge, Slough**
**Employment Type:** Permanent
**Location:** Burnham Lodge, Slough
As a **Care Assistant**, you will provide:
- **High-quality, individualised care and support** for each resident
- **Respect for residents’ privacy, dignity, and independence** at all times
Your core responsibilities include creating and maintaining a **happy, caring, and safe atmosphere**, putting residents’ needs first. This extends to delivering a **wide range of support**, including:
