Location: Richmond Drive, Aston on Trent, Derbyshire, DE72 2EA Salary: £13.10 per hour Shift Pattern: Days & nights available (7:00am – 7:00pm / 7:00pm – 7:00am) Contract: Bank

Responsibilities
You will help us make health happen by:
- Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care, recognising and meeting their specific needs
- Providing a wide range of support, from companionship to personal care
- Working as part of a team, supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents and reporting changes
- Communicating with residents’ families, friends, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- A passionate attitude toward care and making a difference
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with people
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules (days & nights available)
- Little or no prior experience is fine—training will be provided
