Care Assistant (Bank Hours)
Location: Queensmount Care Home, 18 Queens Park West Drive, Bournemouth BH8 9DA Salary: £13.10–£14.10 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
You’ll support our residents by:
- Providing a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, meeting their individual needs
- Assisting with tasks ranging from companionship to personal care
- Working as a team with registered nurses and senior care assistants to monitor and report on resident welfare
- Collaborating effectively with families, friends, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
We’re looking for motivated, empathetic, and positive individuals who:
- Care deeply about making a difference in people’s lives
- Have strong interpersonal skills
- Can adapt to a dynamic environment with diverse resident needs
- No prior experience? No problem. We’ll train you comprehensively!
