Female Care Assistant
Location: Bognor Regis
Pay: £14.25 Per hour Weekdays –£14.80 per hour Weekends Join Our Award-Winning Team! At Right at Home, we provide personal care to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. As a Care Assistant, you'll be at the heart of it all, delivering high-quality care with compassion and professionalism. What We Offer: Competitive pay: £14.30/hour (weekdays), £14.80/hour (weekends), £21.45 –£29.60/hour (bank holidays), plus £0.35/mile for travel and paid travel time Up to 28 days paid holiday Comprehensive, fully-paid training Wellbeing support including private counselling services Discounts through Bluelight Card Monthly recognition and rewards A supportive team culture with regular catch-ups Key Responsibilities: Personal care: assisting with bathing, dressing, and hygiene Daily support: help with tasks and ensure client safety Medication: manage and administer prescribed medications Engage clients in activities to promote well-being and mental stimulation Encourage community participation and active living Requirements: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Passion for helping others and building meaningful relationships No previous experience required—training provided Ready to make a difference?
