Shift Details: 08:00 AM – 20:00 PM, weekdays and alternate weekends

About The Role

As a Care Assistant, your primary responsibility will be ensuring high standards of personal care. You’ll work collaboratively within the care team to maintain continuity and quality of service for residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting residents with all aspects of personal hygiene, helping them achieve optimal independence, dignity and respect.
  • Identifying and understanding clinical risks (e.g., weight loss, pressure sores, fall risks, infection signs) and escalating concerns promptly.
  • Treating residents and their visitors with courtesy and respect, upholding each individual’s dignity and uniqueness.
  • Adhering to safe systems of work across all care duties.
