About The Role
As Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. You'll support daily living, provide companionship, and create great moments and memories. This role offers a diverse and fulfilling environment, with responsibilities ranging from:
- Assisting residents with their food and drink
- Following care plans
- Ensuring one-to-one time for residents

About You
To excel as a Care Assistant, you should have:
- Experience caring for older people
- A proactive "can-do" attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Empathy and a warm, compassionate approach
- The ability to deliver exemplary care and support
