About the Role
As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily living tasks
- Providing vital support and companionship
- Sharing meaningful moments and creating memories with residents
No two days will be the same—this role offers varied, rewarding work where your dedication and compassion will make a real difference. Your day-to-day tasks may include:
- Supporting residents with food and drink needs
- Implementing and following care plans
- Giving residents one-to-one attention and meaningful engagement
