About The Role
As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Providing personalised support and companionship
- Sharing moments and memories with residents
- Following care plans
- Ensuring one-to-one time for residents

About You
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience in caring for older people (preferable but not mandatory)
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
