Care Assistant – Full-time Shift Role (8am–8pm)
Shift Pattern
Working 8am to 8pm, alternating with weekends as required.
About The Role
As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive high-quality care and support. You’ll assist with daily living, provide companionship, and share meaningful moments and memories.
Every day is different, offering varied and rewarding work. Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting residents with food, drink, and care plans
- Offering one-to-one personalised attention
- Creating a fulfilling environment for residents

To succeed in this role, you will need:
