Key Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, your role will include:
- Delivering high-quality, personalised care tailored to individual needs
- Assisting with daily personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Supporting with meal preparation, nutrition, and dietary needs
- Helping with medication management and safe disposal
- Undertaking light household duties (tidying, laundry, cleaning)
- Building trusting relationships and being a reliable, friendly presence for our customers

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A kind, compassionate, and patient approach to care
- Strong communication skills to foster trusting relationships
- The ability to follow care plans effectively
- A full UK driving licence (own transport is required)
