Care Assistant - Chichester and surrounding areas

We are looking for kind, reliable and compassionate Care Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team covering Chichester and surrounding areas including Bognor, Midhurst, Petworth and Emsworth.
We require all of our Care Assistants to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable car that can be used for work purposes.
Whether you already work in care or are looking for a more rewarding career where you can genuinely make a difference every day, we would love to hear from you. We have both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities to offer, including guaranteed hours.
Pay Rates:
£14.11ph weekdays £15.49ph weekends Enhanced bank holiday pay

As a Care Assistant, you will visit clients in their own homes and provide one-to-one support tailored to their individual needs. This will include: Personal care, Medication support, Meal preparation, Household support, Companionship and emotional support.
As a Care Assistant with Vitale Care, it’s important that you can:
When working a morning shift, be available to start from 7am Be able to work alternate weekends Complete accurate care records Attend training and team meetings when required Follow company policies and best practice guidelines
