Care Assistant - Complex Care

About the Role
As a Care Assistant at a Barchester Complex Care Home, you’ll help residents lead fulfilling lives by providing them with the quality care they deserve. You’ll support individuals with complex needs, including:
- Advanced or young onset dementia
- Multiple sclerosis (MS)
- Neurological rehabilitation (neuro rehab)
- Huntington’s disease
Each day presents opportunities to assist with daily living, offer personalised support, and create meaningful companionship. Your responsibilities may include:
- Adhering to care plans
- Supporting residents with food, drink, and daily activities
- Ensuring residents receive one-to-one attention

About You
To thrive as a Care Assistant in a complex care setting, you should:
