- Pay Rate: £12.60/hour (£12.80 weekends)
- Travel & Mileage covered
- Shift Flexibility: Arranged around your needs

What You’ll Do
As a primary point of contact, your role will involve:
- Following personalised care plans to support clients’ daily needs.
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, continence management, toileting, and medication support.
- Helping with domestic tasks like mealtimes, shopping, and housekeeping.
- Building a personalized rapport with clients and fostering a safe, supported living environment.
- Adapting to ever-changing circumstances with resilience and a can-do attitude.
