Location: Lisburn & Down Contract Type: Care Delivery Salary Range: £13.10 – £15.00 per hour

About the Role

Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality, individualised care tailored to each person’s needs
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support
- Preparing and sharing nutritious meals and understanding dietary needs
- Supporting with medication administration, prescriptions, and safe disposal
- Undertaking light housework such as tidying, laundry, and general cleaning
- Ensuring you become a dependable, friendly, and familiar presence to your clients

Requirements
- Essential:
- Full and valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK (sponsorship or Visa transfer not available)
- A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
- Availability for weekend shifts (either every other weekend or one day weekly)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive client relationships
- Preferred: Previous experience in care, though full training is provided
