Care Assistant – Full & Part Time Roles
Employment Type: Day shifts (Full-time or Part-time) Location: Springfield Nursing Home, Shanklin (Isle of Wight)
About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will deliver high-quality, individualised care and support to residents, always upholding their privacy, dignity, and independence.
Your responsibilities include:
- Creating a happy, caring, and safe atmosphere with a strong focus on residents’ needs
- Providing personalised support across physical, social, emotional, and psychological aspects
- Ensuring flexibility, a hardworking attitude, and collaboration with a dedicated team
