Care Assistant - Days (35 hours)

Location: Hartrigg Oaks Bungalows, New Earswick, York

Salary: £13.87 - £14.53

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join the JRHT care team as a Care Assistants within our Hartrigg Oaks domiciliary care retirement community.

Hartrigg Oaks is a continuing care retirement community enabling people aged 60 plus to remain independent and live life to the full. The genuine sense of community and togetherness felt among our staff here is what makes it such a great place to work. Along with assisting residents and helping with day-to-day tasks, you’ll really get to know the people you support and become a familiar face to them and their relatives.

Essential Requirements

  • Right to Work – sponsorship is not available for these roles, you must have the legal right to work in the UK
  • DBS – these roles will be subject to a successful DBS check that covers regulated activity
  • Care experience – at least 6 months experience providing personal care and support in a paid or voluntary care setting
