Here’s a little bit more about what you’ll be doing:
Providing personal care and support to residents, taking time to ensure that people retain their dignity, respect and privacy. Helping with day-to-day activities, always with a smile. Building meaningful relationships and making our home a fantastic place to work and live. Ensuring all care is documented and agreed procedures and processes are followed at all times.
You’ll work with friendly, supportive people who have your back, and you’ll get plenty of chances to progress in your career if that’s what you’re looking for.
