About The Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Providing high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents.
- Building positive relationships and creating meaningful experiences for those in your care.
- Supporting residents with their daily activities and individual needs.
- Maintaining accurate records using our electronic care planning system, Nourish.
- Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated care team.
- Demonstrating kindness, compassion, and professionalism in all aspects of your work.
- Undertaking additional duties as required to ensure the smooth delivery of care services.

About You
We are looking for individuals who:
- Are enthusiastic about providing outstanding care and support.
- Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and respect for others.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Are organised and able to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Encourage and support residents to maintain their interests, hobbies, and social connections.
Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
What We Offer
In recognition of your dedication and hard work, we offer:
- Pay: £12.71 per hour
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Flexible contracts of 22, 33, or 44 hours per week
- Day shifts available
- Bank contracts available
- Shift patterns:
- 7:00am – 7:00pm
- 28 days annual leave including bank holidays (pro rata for part-time employees)
