Role: Full Time/ Part Time available (alternate weekends)

Location: Newland House Care Home, 50 Newland, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 3JG

Hartford Care is Growing! We’re looking for dedicated and passionate people to join our fantastic teams and be part of these exciting plans.

We have full and part time roles available, both days and nights and offer great flexibility. If you need reduced hours or would prefer a contract of more than 40 hours, we can accommodate this. Please outline your preference on application.

As a Care Assistant

  • You will provide high quality individualised care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding our residents privacy, dignity and independence at all times.
  • Your role is to create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere; putting residents needs first, providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological support tailored to the individual.
  • We respect differences and recognise our staff and residents will have different needs.

Requirements

  • No previous experience is required for this role as we will provide full training.
  • We do require you to demonstrate a flexible, hard working and caring attitude, with a desire to work as part of a dedicated team and a right to work in the UK.
