- Hours: 30 hours per week (days, shift-based 0700–1400, weekends on rota)
- Location: Specialist dementia home in Lincoln.

The Care Assistant Role
You’ll make a meaningful impact on residents’ lives, with key responsibilities including:
- Providing personal care and support
- Promoting emotional well-being and social engagement
- Assisting residents during mealtimes
- Building personal connections with residents
- Maintaining and updating care plans for tailored support
About You
We’re seeking individuals who thrive in care settings and want to make a difference.
✅ Must be comfortable working long shifts (including weekends on rotas) ✅ Requires clear written and verbal communication ✅ Ability to connect authentically with residents and their families ✅ Basic understanding of dementia care is essential ✅ Experience as a care assistant is preferred but not mandatory ✅ Eligible for an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards it)
