Care Assistant (Days) – Residential Care
Location: Holdingham Grange, Sleaford, Lincolnshire
Salary: £13.00 per hour + Paid Training + Excellent Employee Benefits
Hours: Full-Time | 36 Hours per Week

Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you'll play an essential role in supporting residents to live independently, comfortably and with dignity.
You'll spend your days building meaningful relationships while providing compassionate care that helps make every day enjoyable.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Supporting residents with personal care
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with mobility and independence
- Helping residents participate in activities and social events
- Supporting with meal preparation and mealtimes
- Light housekeeping duties
- Administering or assisting with medication (following training)
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Working closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional care
