Employer: Primecare, Basildon Hours: 33 hours per week / Day shifts
About the Role As a Care Assistant within our team at Primecare in Basildon, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, personalised care and support to our residents. Our primary commitment is to uphold the privacy, dignity, and independence of every resident at all times.
In this fulfilling role, your responsibility will be to:
- Foster a happy, caring, and safe environment where residents feel valued and supported.
- Prioritise residents’ needs, offering a comprehensive range of physical, social, emotional, and psychological support tailored to each individual.
- Recognise and respect diversity, ensuring both staff and residents feel supported and empowered as they progress through their care journeys.
