Role Description
We are recruiting caring and dependable Care Assistants to work as part of our domiciliary care team across Norwich and Norfolk. This community-based role involves supporting individuals in their own homes with day-to-day living, enabling them to remain independent, safe, and comfortable. As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will deliver personalised care tailored to individual needs, build positive and trusting relationships, and ensure care is provided in line with agreed care plans and company values.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide both practical and emotional support to people in their own homes, following personalised care plans and risk assessments.
- Support with personal care, medication assistance where trained, meal preparation, mobility support, and household tasks.
- Provide companionship and reassurance.
- Ensure accurate and timely record keeping.
- Communicate clearly with the office team.
- Promptly report any concerns, changes in needs, incidents, or safeguarding matters.
Skills And Experience
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, or Domiciliary Care Worker is desirable but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
- A kind, respectful, and professional approach, with a genuine commitment to supporting people to live independently in their own homes.
- Good communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Working Hours, Pay, and Benefits
- Salary: £25,000 per year.
- Mileage paid at 25p per mile.
- Working hours: European shift pattern of 7 days worked in every 14-day period.
