Support Workers & Care Assistants Wanted (North West London Team – Compassionate Care Professionals Needed!)

You’ll work across vibrant North West London communities, including Camden Town, Hampstead, Kilburn, St John’s Wood, and Cricklewood, supporting clients in areas you can easily reach—minimising travel and maximising impact.

📍 Work Close to Home: North West London Coverage

We are recruiting across Camden (NW1), Cricklewood (NW2), Hampstead (NW3), Kilburn (NW6), and St John’s Wood (NW8). We prioritise local placement to ensure minimal travel time and maximum care presence.

Pay:

  • ⫸ Weekdays (Mon-Sat): £14.80 per hour
  • ⫸ Sunday: £15.30 per hour

⏰ Shift Patterns

We currently need:

👉 Full-Time Split Shifts: 07:00 – 14:00 AND 16:00 – 21:00 (covering 7-day operations).


💙 Full-Time Block Positions: Where You Matter Most

As part of our tailored, person-centred care, we’re actively hiring male and female Care Professionals for dedicated full-time roles—covering specific clients’ needs.

Occasionally: Client-specific packages may require a care professional of a certain gender for personal care. This is an exempt requirement under the Equality Act 2010 (UK).


🎯 Job Description: Your Key Responsibilities

Core Care & Personal Support

  • Personal care assistance: Safe bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming with dignity.
  • Medication support: Prep, monitoring, and safe administration.
  • Mobility aid: Safe transfer, walking assistance, and post-rehab support.

Well-Being & Daily Living Assistance

  • Independent living: Meal prep (with dietary needs in mind), nutritious snacks.
  • Housekeeping: Light cleaning, laundry, tidying, and tidy spaces.
  • Nutrition & Mealtimes: Encouraging eating with support if needed.
