Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, your key tasks will include:
- Providing person-centred care to individuals in their own homes
- Supporting with personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility assistance)
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Prompting and/or administering medication (as trained)
- Assisting with food preparation, domestic duties and shopping
- Performing manual handling and equipment usage where required

Requirements
To be considered, you must:
- Have a valid right to work in the UK and currently live in Islington or Hackney
- Be over the age of 18
- Have a genuine desire to care for others
- Be reliable, compassionate, honest, and patient
- Commit to working more than 20 hours per week
- Be available for flexible shifts, including:
- Early mornings (from 7am)
- Late evenings (up to 10pm)
- Alternate weekends (Sat & Sun)
- Previous care experience is desirable (but weekend-only roles also available)
DBS Check & References:
- Mandatory DBS (check includes %52 fee for new applicants or %52 verification of existing certificates).
