📅 What’s Required?
- Minimum of 12 months verified right to work in the UK
- 36-hour week commitment, including alternate weekend shifts
- Day shift only – shift patterns discussed during interview
- Experience in care preferred, but not essential
🌟 A Day in the Life
Your role will involve:
- Offering companionship, such as engaging conversations, arranged outings, and inclusive activities
- Personal care, including assisting with washing, bathing, showering, dressing, and oral hygiene
- Handling and administering medication/creams efficiently and safely
- Nutritional support, such as helping residents with meals, snacks, and hydration
- Hassle-free domestics, including light cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards
- Promoting independent mobility to enhance residents’ quality of life
- Organising and participating in fun social activities across the home
