📅 What’s Required?

  • Minimum of 12 months verified right to work in the UK
  • 36-hour week commitment, including alternate weekend shifts
  • Day shift only – shift patterns discussed during interview
  • Experience in care preferred, but not essential

🌟 A Day in the Life

Your role will involve:

  • Offering companionship, such as engaging conversations, arranged outings, and inclusive activities
  • Personal care, including assisting with washing, bathing, showering, dressing, and oral hygiene
  • Handling and administering medication/creams efficiently and safely
  • Nutritional support, such as helping residents with meals, snacks, and hydration
  • Hassle-free domestics, including light cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards
  • Promoting independent mobility to enhance residents’ quality of life
  • Organising and participating in fun social activities across the home
