As a Care Assistant, you’ll support elderly and vulnerable individuals in the community, building meaningful relationships and receiving incredible job satisfaction.

No prior care experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided.


What You’ll Do

  • Support with meal preparation
  • Provide companionship care
  • Assist with personal care
  • Help administer medication (where trained)
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records
  • Ensure clear communication with the team
  • Deliver outstanding, safe, and effective care

Required & Desired Criteria

Essential Requirements

✔ Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship) ✔ Must pass an Access NI Enhanced Disclosure check ✔ (Note: Due to the personal nature of the role, with female client care, applicants must identify as female)

Preferable but Not Essential

✔ Experience in retail, hospitality, or care assistance (helpful but not mandatory) ✔ Strong empathy and relationship-building skills ✔ Confidence in maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

  • Contract Type: Full-time role

  • Location: Bangor, Northern Ireland (N.I. area)
