About the Role

At Caremark NI, you’ll join an award-winning team providing compassionate, high-quality care to elderly and vulnerable individuals. This role offers the opportunity for career progression and meaningful job satisfaction, all with flexible working options and competitive pay (up to £14.10 per hour).

No prior experience in care is required—we provide comprehensive training to ensure you’re fully supported in your role.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare and assist with meals for clients
  • Provide companionship care, helping to create social connections and companionship
  • Offer personal care, including assistance with daily activities
  • Help manage medication assistance (under supervision)
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with the team
  • Deliver safe, high-quality, and compassionate care consistently

Requirements

Criteria for This Role

✔ Must have a right to work in the UK (no sponsorship). ✔ Must be a female (due to the care needs of female clients).

Desired Skills

While no direct care experience is required, we welcome:

  • A caring and empathetic nature.
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or similar customer-facing roles.
