Location: Lisburn, Northern Ireland

Pay: Up to £14.10 per hour
About the Role
No prior care experience is required—we’ll provide full training.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Meal preparation
- Companionship care (emotional support, conversation, activities)
- Personal care (assisting with hygiene, dressing, toilet needs)
- Medication assistance (under supervision)
- Maintaining accurate service records
- Clear communication with the care team
- Upholding high standards of safety and professionalism

Who We’re Looking For
⭐ Caring, empathetic individuals (new to care or seeking a change) ⭐ Commitment to supporting vulnerable clients, especially female care recipients (this role is gender-specific — female applicants only) ⭐ Access NI Enhanced Disclosure required (due to sensitive nature of the role)
Required Criteria
- UK right to work (no sponsorship available)
- Commitment to dignity, respect, and professionalism
Desired Skills
(Concern top priority is compassion—skills will be developed!)
- Previous experience in care/home support (advantageous but not essential)
- Reliability, patience and passion for supporting others
