CARE ASSISTANT - FT/PT

With a hourly rate up to £14.10, this role supports elderly and vulnerable members of the community, ensuring meaningful connections, quality care, and outstanding service. No prior care experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and foster a culture of support, recognition, and growth.


About the Role

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and serve meals
  • Provide companionship care and emotional support
  • Assist with personal care routines
  • Help with medication management as needed
  • Maintain accurate care records
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Deliver safe, responsive, compassionate home care
