With a hourly rate up to £14.10, this role supports elderly and vulnerable members of the community, ensuring meaningful connections, quality care, and outstanding service. No prior care experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and foster a culture of support, recognition, and growth.
About the Role
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve meals
- Provide companionship care and emotional support
- Assist with personal care routines
- Help with medication management as needed
- Maintain accurate care records
- Communicate effectively with colleagues
- Deliver safe, responsive, compassionate home care
