Care Assistant – Extra Care – Leamington Spa
Pay Rates
- £12.90 Per Hour
- Bank Holiday Rate - £25.80 Per Hour
About the Role
Looking for a rewarding career in care without the hassle of commuting between clients? At Unique Senior Care, we offer Extra Care – community care under one roof – so you can focus on providing exceptional support to clients in one location.
We are recruiting Care Assistants / Care Workers / Support Workers, full-time care jobs. Shifts are flexible, with options for early (6:45am–3pm), late (3pm–10pm), and alternate weekend work.

Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds. Whether you’re an experienced Care Assistant, Support Worker, Home Carer, Senior Carer, or Nurse – or have transferable skills from hospitality, childcare, customer service, retail, or voluntary work – if you’re compassionate and reliable, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities Of a Care Assistant / Care Worker
- Provide personal care support (bathing, toileting, dressing)
- Assist with medication administration
- Deliver companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Maintain accurate care records
- Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for each client
Requirements For Care Assistant
- A caring, compassionate, and patient nature
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Right to work in the UK
