Care Assistant – Full-Time Vacancy at Lyndon Croft Care Home

About the Role

Prime Life are seeking passionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join their friendly team on a full-time basis. We currently have several vacancies available at Lyndon Croft Care Home in Solihull, with interviews happening soon.

This role caters to 52 residents, all living with a range of age-related health conditions, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions. Candidates must be patient, understanding, and respectful of each resident’s individual needs.

Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, you’ll:

  • Help residents with personal hygiene and dressing
  • Support nutritional and hydration needs during mealtimes
  • Encourage safe mobility alongside mobility aids and equipment
  • Provide friendship, companionship, and accompaniment for social outings/appointments
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Work alongside multi-disciplinary teams to enhance resident well-being
  • Welcome family members and assist with their enquiries

Requirements

We’re looking for someone with: ✅ A genuine desire to make a positive impact in care ✅ Patience and respect for individuals with diverse needs ✅ An understanding of dementia (beneficial, though not mandatory)

Whilst previous care experience is desirable, full training is provided to all successful applicants.
