The Role
As a Care Assistant, no two days are the same. You’ll be supporting a range of individuals with different needs, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Companionship – spending quality time with clients, building trust, reducing loneliness, and becoming a friendly, familiar face
- Personal Care – assisting with washing, dressing, and personal hygiene, always promoting dignity and respect
- Daily Living Support – preparing meals, prompting medication, and helping with light household duties to keep homes safe and comfortable
- Mobility Support – assisting clients to move safely and confidently, encouraging independence wherever possible
This role is about more than care – it’s about connection, compassion, and making someone’s day just that little bit better.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people who are kind, patient, and genuinely want to help others. You don’t need previous experience in care – just the right attitude and willingness to learn.
You Will Need
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- The Right to Work in the UK
- A caring, positive, and dependable nature
- Good communication skills and a desire to make a difference
