Care Assistant – Extra Care – Stratford-upon-Avon £12.90 per Hour (Bank Holiday Rate: £25.80 per Hour)
About the Role Looking for a rewarding career in care without the hassle of client-to-client travel? Unique Senior Care offers Extra Care—community-based care under one roof—so you can focus on delivering exceptional support in a single location.
We are actively recruiting Care Assistants, Care Workers, and Support Workers for both part-time and full-time roles. Shifts are flexible, including early (6:45 am – 3 pm), late (3 pm – 10 pm), and weekend work.

Who We’re Looking For
We welcome diverse backgrounds, including:
- Experienced Care Assistants, Support Workers, or Nurses
- Caregivers or nurses with transferable skills
- Candidates from hospitality, childcare, customer service, retail, or voluntary work Key qualities: Pacific patience, empathy, and the ability to work reliably.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care support (bathing, toileting, dressing)
- Assist with medication delivery
- Deliver companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal prep and light domestic tasks
- Maintain accurate client records
- Foster independence, dignity, and client quality of life

Requirements
- Caring, compassionate, and patient nature
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Right to work in the UK
