Care Assistant - Full Time Nights
Prime Life Care Assistant (Full-Time) – Seacroft Court, Skegness
About the Role Prime Life is seeking passionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join their friendly team on a full-time basis at Seacroft Court, a nursing and residential home in Skegness. The home, with 49 residents, offers tailored support for individuals with diverse age-related health conditions, physical disabilities, and mental health needs. As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide dignified, respectful support, fostering mutual understanding, patience, and companionship with residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and evening bed preparation
- Conduct routine welfare checks through the night to ensure safety and well-being
- Support residents with dining, nutrition, and hydration needs
- Guide residents in safe mobility using mobility aids and specialist equipment
- Offer friendship and companionship while maintaining personal care standards
- Maintain accurate resident records and complete necessary documentation
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to promote health and well-being
- Welcome and assist family members with enquiries about the residents
