Care Assistant – Malpas Court Estate, Northallerton

Position Details
- Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible to discuss with the manager)
- Pay:
- Starting at £13.26 per hour
- Enhanced rates up to £14.56 (depending on shifts during weekends and evenings)

Role Highlights
As a Care Assistant, you’ll enable residents to live independently and actively. Daily tasks include:
- Light domestic duties
- Coordinating resident activities
- Assisting with appointments and shopping
Each day will be diverse, allowing you to make a significant impact on residents’ wellbeing.
About You
- Location: Ideally within commuting distance to Malpas Court estate.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year in a UK health and social care role (preferred).
- Passion for working with older adults.
- (A Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory.)
- Skills:
- Warm, friendly, and dedicated to exceptional service.
- Thrives in a team environment.
- Eager to make a positive difference.
