Care Assistant

Care Assistant (Female) – Ely & Villages (Driver Required)

Location: Newmarket, Fenland, Ely, Villages, Kings Lynn & West Norfolk Contract type: Care Delivery Salary: £15.80 per hour + 35p per mile mileage

The Role

As a Care Assistant, you’ll support customers to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.

Duties Include:

  • Personal care
  • Medication support
  • Meal preparation and nutritional support
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Promoting independence and choice
  • Accurate care documentation

You’ll be part of a small, local team, building meaningful relationships and making a genuine difference to their lives.

No previous care experience is required – full training is provided.


Essential Requirements

  • Female applicants only (Schedule 9, Equality Act 2010)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Access to your own car for work
  • Ability to work alternate weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Right to work in the UK

Note: This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
