Care And Support Worker – Competitive Salary (£13.80–£14.30/hour)
Location: Somerton Area (operating base in Yeovil)
About the Role
Make a meaningful difference daily as a Care and Support Worker within the Altogether Care team. This opportunity offers a permanent position with structured career progression for both newcomers and experienced professionals in social care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals in their homes to live as independently as possible
- Provide personal, physical, and emotional care tailored to client needs
- Assist with daily tasks, including activities, appointments, or mobility support
- Empower clients to make their own choices while ensuring safety
- Build trusting, positive relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Record and deliver high-quality care using mobile technology
- Adhere to Altogether Care’s core values and safe working practices
- Essential requirement: Must possess a full UK driving licence + access to your own vehicle (necessary due to area-wide travel)
