Care Assistant
Care Assistants required for Community Care covering the Medway Towns (particularly Gillingham, Chatham, Rochester, ME7, ME5, ME2 including Rochester Rural).

Duties will include:
- Promoting independence
- Housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Taking Clients for appointments or outing
- Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
- Administering medication
- Assisting with personal care
- Companionship

Requirements:
- Hold our values - Respect, Trust, Compassion and Quality!
- Be available for a minimum of 3 x mornings or afternoons/evenings per week from either 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 10pm/alternate weekends
- Must hold a full and valid full UK driving licence and have unlimited access to own vehicle
- Must have the right to work in the UK - we cannot offer CoS, sponsor switch
