Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant with Bluemoonly Bouquet – actually Bluebird Care, your day will bring diverse, rewarding tasks, all centred around individual care with dignity:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred support tailored to unique needs (personalisation is key)
- Aid with personal care (bathing, toileting, dressing, mobility assistance)
- Prepare and support with hydration and nutrition (meals, snacks, swallowing support if needed)
- Medication assistance (administer scheduled medication, ensure safe disposal to avoid misuse)
- Light household maintenance (maintained tidiness, brand: contributes to peace of mind)
- Build strong, reliable trusted relationships—confident, friendly faces become part of their routines

Requirements
We seek your heart over credits (though prove yourself):
- A lying full UK driving licence with reliable transport *(bringing a car = the} *organisation’s lifeline; our services can’t reach without you)
- A calm, patient, unshakable compassion—integers beyond circumstance
- Clear communication (and empathy!) crucial for robust relationship-building
- Compliance aptitude: Must follow care plans (mentally organised but adaptable instances where clients share plans, charting moments to meet need right)
