Care Assistant – Aria Court Care Home (92-Bed Care Home, March, Cambridgeshire)

About Aria Court Care Home

After a recent refurbishment, Aria Court is now a sparkling 92-bedroom care home with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.

Located in a quiet residential area of March, Cambridgeshire, our home includes:

About The Role

Reporting to the Team Leader, this position is centered around delivering high-quality care to residents with attention to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Participation in meaningful activities to enhance residents’ daily experiences.
  • Ensuring personalised care plans are appropriately implemented and monitored.

Salary & Shift Pattern

  • £12.71 per hour (standard rate).
  • Flexible 0-hour contract, with 12-hour shifts worked on a rota basis, Monday to Sunday.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Essential Duties

  • Provide consistent, personalised care – assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating each resident’s needs.
  • Assist residents during meal times, ensuring meals meet their individual dietary requirements.
  • Engage in activities to promote person-centred care and enhance residents’ quality of life.
  • Complete all mandatory and developmental training (risk assessments, safeguarding, first aid, etc.).

Training, Experience & Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

✔ A passion for care – we seek genuinely caring individuals who prioritise the needs of residents. ✔ While experience in a care role and NVQ/QCF Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care is recommended, we are happy to support your qualifications for this position. ✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, offering a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
