Key Responsibilities: Supporting daily living activities & promoting independence Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming) Supporting with mobility, transfers & aids Providing medication support as per care plans Preparing meals, drinks & monitoring nutrition Helping with household tasks (cleaning, laundry, shopping, errands) Offering companionship, reassurance & emotional support Encouraging hobbies, interests & community activities Keeping accurate records & communicating with families/professionals Qualifications 💡 Who We’re Looking For No experience is necessary – we’ll train you in everything else!
