Care Worker Vacancy – 35 Hours Per Week – Ilkeston Road
We are looking for compassionate, local individuals passionate about providing an outstanding level of care and going the extra mile for our residents. If you have experience in care—or are eager to start your new challenge—apply!
About the Role
- Hours & Flexibility: Working 35 hours per week across 5 shifts, we need candidates who are flexible and willing to adapt to different scheduling needs.
- Entry Pathways: No prior paid care experience is necessary—we provide:
- Buddying scheme support for new starters
- Onsite training through induction programmes
- Professional guidance towards an NVQ Level 2 in Care (or support to complete it as part of your role).
- Induction & Support: Enjoy:
- Monthly compulsory new-starter company inductions (with staff from all homes)
- Fully paid DBS checks

Skills Needed
