Care Assistant – Berkeley House Care Home

Location: 2 Berkeley Court, Greenwich Avenue, Bilton Grange, Hull HU9 4UW

Salary: £12.75 – £13.75 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications) Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time Shift Patterns: Day or Night Shifts (including alternate weekends) ** ressources required:** Assisting with high-quality clinical, social, and emotional care

The Role

As a Care Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of making every resident’s day brighter. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting residents with clinical, social, and emotional care, ensuring their individual needs are met
  • Supporting residents with a wide range of requirements, from companionship to personal care and dignity
  • Working as part of a team under nurses and senior care staff to monitor residents and report any changes
  • Communicating effectively with residents, their families, friends, and other healthcare professionals
