Care Assistant
Support Worker Opportunity
In an exceptional care home in Bournemouth, Dorset, one of the UK’s leading health care providers, we are seeking an experienced and committed Support Worker.
About the Role
This role is for residents in the Bournemouth and Dorset areas who require exceptional care standards. The Support Worker plays a vital role in enhancing the well-being of residents through high-quality care and companionship.
Key Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must hold:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, your core duties include:
- Providing core care to promote residents' well-being
- Assisting with daily tasks, from personal care (e.g., hygiene) to companionship and day out support
- Encouraging independence and supporting vulnerable individuals with daily routines and activities
- Maintaining accurate record keeping

- Hourly rate: GBP 13.45
- Annual salary: GBP 25,178.40
