Care Assistant
Quantum Care
Quantum Care is a not-for-profit company providing high-quality care services for over 2000 older people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Essex. We’re looking for the right individuals to join our team and deliver the best possible care to our residents, ensuring support, maintaining dignity, and assisting them to enjoy every day of life in our homes.
Care Assistant
Location: Various (Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex) Hours: Full/Part-time available Shift requirements: Weekdays and alternate weekends required
About the Role
We’re seeking compassionate, empathetic individuals with strong communication skills to join our care team. Previous experience in a similar role is not essential, as we provide first-class training to equip you in delivering exceptional care.
Core responsibilities include:
- Fulfilling all aspects of caring for older people with compassion and respect
- Meeting the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
- Providing personal care, assistance with daily living activities, and companionship
- Supporting residents to maintain their dignity and independence

Requirements
- Attitude & Skills: You must possess a positive attitude, be empathetic, and have excellential communication skills.
- Work flexibility: Our care homes operate 24/7, every day of the year, so you must be available to work shifts that include weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
- Age requirement: You must be 18 years or older to apply.
