The Role Of a Care Assistant

  • Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
  • Assist with medication administration and recording.
  • Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
  • Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
  • Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
  • Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.
  • Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care

About You

You don’t need previous care experience. What matters most is your kindness and motivation to help others.

  • Previous experience needed – full training provided
  • Compassionate, patient and great with people
  • Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)
  • 42 hours per week, 8am to 8pm on a two-week rolling rota (including alternate weekends) - maternity cover - Day payrate £12.85 per hour
