Care Assistant
Company Description
- Pay: £13.50 per hour
- Shifts: Day shifts (8 am – 9 pm)| 2 shifts per week| Plus every other Saturday and Sunday
- Driver Required: A driver is required for this role.

What You’ll Do
We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Complex Care Assistant to support an individual in their home, helping them maintain as much independence as possible.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care.
- Assisting with bowel and bladder management (experience in bowel care is essential).
- Offering physiotherapy support.
- Driving the client to appointments.
- Preparing meals (including feeding assistance if necessary).
- Performing light domestic tasks and conducting regular equipment safety checks.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience in PEG feeding, bowel management, and moving & handling.
- Full UK driving licence with access to a personal vehicle.
- A compassionate, reliable, and proactive mindset.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
