Professional Care Assistant (Sleepovers & Waking Nights) – Wilmslow & Surrounding Areas

- Pay: £14.69–£16.26/hour (including paid travel time) + 45p/mile mileage

About the Role
We’re Carefound Home Care, and as a trusted provider, we’re seeking kind-hearted individuals to join our team as Professional Care Assistants. You’ll provide compassionate overnight support (sleepovers/waking nights) to help our clients maintain independence and well-being in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, your role may include:
- Companionship – Building supportive, trusting relationships with clients.
- Personal care – Assisting with daily routines (bathing, dressing, toilet use).
- Mobility & activity support – Encouraging movement, exercise, or leisure activities.
- Medication/health support – Aiding with prescribed medication or specialist needs.
- Home management – Helping with light housekeeping, cooking, or errands (shopping, prescriptions).
- Client-centred planning – Adjusting routines to suit individual needs and preferences.
You’ll also use our app-based system to track visits and client progress.
Requirements
✅ Mandatory:
- Full UK driving licence (for visits)
- Own reliable vehicle (to cover service areas)
- A willingness to train and commit to our *’can do’ mindset.
✅ Preferred (not essential):
- Experience in care, nursing, or customer service (but not required—we train from scratch).
