Care Assistant (Nights)
Care Assistant – Permanent (Night Shifts)
Location: The Bridles Care Home, Dykes Way, Wincanton, BA9 9FQ
Salary: £13.30 per hour
Shift Pattern: 7.30pm – 7.30am (Full-time)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with a range of care needs, from companionship to personal and physical assistance.
- Observe and document residents’ behaviours, changes, and needs with sensitivity, adhering to legal and regulatory standards.
- Ensure hydration and nutrition needs are met, adjusting care plans as required.
- Foster social engagement and mental stimulation through individual and group activities.
- Maintain precise care documentation and follow regulatory policies.

What We’re Looking For
- Motivation, positivity, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication, both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Desirable: Previous care experience or a Health & Social Care qualification.
